A California native, I relocated to Charlotte in 2007 with my husband Mark and our three children. My love of real estate and design came early in my life and continued into college as I studied fundamentals of architecture, drafting, time period furnishings and textiles. Before moving to North Carolina, I ventured to Charlotte to find the right location for my family by assessing the commute, lifestyle, community and interest of the neighborhoods around the Charlotte area. “Wonderful stress-free and painless home buying experience! Buying a home is one of the toughest process when you are a first time home buying, in this process if you get a partner who listen, understand and work as a team then its a win-win situation. And I can say after a roller coaster ride of searching over a house I was able to find my first home with the help of Yvonne. When I first met with Yvonne and explained what my criteria were Yvonne got right away into searching for house within my budget and area I was looking into. Yvonne truly understood my requirement of buying a home. She made the process incredibly easy and her through knowledge, not only the normal real state but also the surrounding/local market knowledge made the entire process it is so much easy. She is extremely patient and eased my decision making process on a house, a GREAT communicator and easy to reach to answer any of my questions at all the times. “Yvonne went above and beyond on every aspect of this purchase! When there was a home we wanted to view, with this market, there was no such things as, “let’s take a look this weekend”, it was….”we need to get an appointment “now”! Yvonne never hesitated to stop what I’m sure she was doing, and get us in for viewings; sometimes within just a few minutes after we called her. I am sure there must have been many times when she dropped what she was doing with her family to help us. Yvonne went above and beyond and ALWAYS made us feel like all her trouble was just no big deal. We were looking at home in Huntersville, Denver, Iron Station, Sherrill’s Ford, Mooresville, Lincolnton, Kannapolis, Concord, and maybe more. Sometimes two or three in the same evening. We felt badly, buy Yvonne would just give her genuine smile and say, oh I just love this! Don’t worry! I love looking at homes and going around to different areas. She was a gem.”

“Having Yvonne as my realtor was a blessing. Being from out of state, I was clueless as to who all the players were in my upcoming transaction. We had talked about what I was looking for in my retirement home. I was planning on riding all over the area looking at properties, but she said she thought she had the perfect property for me. And she was right. I asked her what was the procedure to put an offer on the property. She explained all the players and the process to me. Then she provided printouts of the information so I could review all the information at my leisure. She also gave me choices of persons I would need to contact to complete the purchase process. And the people she recommended were also very efficient and professional, starting with a loan person, the Attorney, and an insurance broker. Throughout the process, Yvonne maintained contact with me, and made sure I had copies of all documents. It is obvious to me that Yvonne loves her position as a Realtor in the community. She is not only a people person, but she is very professional and thorough. She was a joy to work with.”
